Very honest and very resonable. My tree was a big Silver Maple and was between 2 utility lines and a chain link fence. I dont know how they did but no damage to anything and cleaned up there mess. I also received a mailer from SMB and decided to give them a try. I had a neighbor’s large tree branches hanging over my property hitting lines to my house. It required a crane to remove them. Brad from SMB provided a reasonable estimate. They arrived promptly. When using the crane, they were very careful not to do any damage to my house and were respectful of my neighbor’s tree and property. All the desired branches were removed and the crew cleaned up every bit of the debris with a chipper. With the exception of the pruned branches, you couldn’t even tell that they were there. Crew was professional and courteous. Brad was personable and experienced, answering all my questions. I am 100% satisfied and will use them again.
